With Joel's educational experience (a Master’s in Counseling and an MBA), coupled with a passion for bringing out the best in others, the mission of 4 Points Coaching is simple: Helping clients find purpose and calling in the workplace and beyond.
“We’ve found that once we’re able to tap into calling and purpose, making the right career and life style choices becomes so much easier.” With the heart of a teacher, Joel strongly believes that there is, indeed, a master plan for everyone. Part of the fabric that makes up 4 Points Coaching is a desire to uncover that plan, and watch it unfold.
