When he originally signed up to attend the event, his expectations were somewhat clouded by prior experience.

No stranger to entrepreneurial and business gatherings, by his own admission, Glenn wasn’t prepared for the warmth and hospitality that was awaiting his arrival, as he parked his rental car in a small field just outside the 48 Days Sanctuary.

Wanting to take full advantage of his time there, he arrived about 45 minutes before the scheduled start, and, to his surprise, as people from different parts of the country began to arrive, found himself quickly integrating into the growing group.

Not only was there rich diversity among the students, (truck drivers, teachers, executives) there was also a spirit of unity and fellowship that could be felt almost instantly.

While he initially thought that he would be introduced to a business model, given materials to study, and sent on his way, as Glenn came to find out fast, (being in God’s country, surrounded by the city sounds that were obviously missing), this would be a different type of business meeting; a meeting where he could simply be himself.
