It takes a brave person to draw a line in the sand and commit to living life differently than the way she saw her parents bumping through it.

And, while she is very open with the fights she’s fought over the last 14 years, she is determined to come out of recovery as a stronger, more confident woman.

As she uses her past experiences as a catalyst to build her business, Anne-Sophie shares with us a mindset that has been limiting her growth and development.

Share your thoughts: Do you feel worthy or deserving of success? Is your belief system limiting you, or empowering you?

Oh, Anne Sophie REINHARD…..you deserve and you ..we..are worthy!  I said all of this. Its all about deserving isn’t it!

      Hi Luise,

Thank you for listening and for your kind words.

I’ve seen amazing things happen when women shift their thinking into “well-deserving”.

Is that something you’ve struggled with at some point in your life?

Luise, I am starting to believe that myself. I am not quite there yet, but I think I am on the right path. Thank you for listening!

        Hi Anne,

What kind of woman did you have to become, so your dreams can come to fruition?

        • http://www.facebook.com/annesophier2 Anne-Sophie Reinhardt

I had to start believing in myself and telling myself that I am not less than anybody else on this planet. Every person is responsible for his or her life and we no matter where we come from, what we had to endure in our lives, we can still change where we are headed. I had to start realizing that I deserve a happy life full of adventure, exploration and even success.

            Hi Anne-Sophie,

It is so encouraging to know that those words of affirmation and conviction are welling from within you.

            You have greatness inside you.

Anne-Sophie, you are absolutely beautiful  inside and out…and, yes, so very worthy!
I commend you for using the pain of the past to bless others and glorify God.
I also struggled with anorexia, and it’s a miracle I am alive today. It is such a dangerous disease, and one that is often misunderstood. Thank you for sharing your story – and sharing yourself – to help others! God bless you and your mission!

      Hi Caroline,

Thank you for listening to the show and for sharing a part of your own struggle.

Maybe you and Anne-Sophie could put together a call for women going through anorexic distress.

      • http://www.facebook.com/annesophier2 Anne-Sophie Reinhardt

That is a wonderful idea, Joel.

        • http://www.4PointsCoaching.com Joel Boggess

          Thank you.

      Caroline,
I am so grateful to hear you have overcome this disease! This is a sign of incredible strength. I’d love to connect with you and get to know you better in the future.

        Hi Anne-Sophie,

Caroline is a mighty woman of God.

Put you two together, in unity and agreement, there is no telling what can happen.

  • Bettinina

    Hi Anne-Sophie,
Once you’ realized who you really are and that all you’re doing has definitely great value you’ll make it. This excellent interview might help you to gain self confidence. Hopefully you’ll listen to it again when you feel scared or when you doubt.
     Keep on going!

      Hi Bettinina,

Thank you for listening to the show.

What interview are you speaking of?

      • Bettinina

The interview with Anne-Sohie Reinhard which you’d invited to your show!

        • http://www.4PointsCoaching.com Joel Boggess

Oh yea… Of course. Silly me.

Thank you so much, Bettina. I will listen to it again and again, just like you suggested. I am starting to really believe in myself and I have big plans for the future.

        Hi Anne,

We all need a cheering section. Honored to be part of yours.

  • http://www.4PointsCoaching.com Joel Boggess

    Nope… It was just me.

  • http://www.4PointsCoaching.com Joel Boggess

    What wonderful, inspiring words.

    Thank you for sharing.

Jay, what you say is so true. However, it takes some time and a lot of personal development to overcome this fear of doing it differently than everybody around you.

    • http://www.4PointsCoaching.com Joel Boggess

      Hi Anne,

There is greatness within you. You are just the type of woman who can make this happen. Promise yourself that 2012 will be the year of Anne-Sophie.
